关于力得家纺有限公司人力资源规划的研究

摘    要:人力资源规划是人力资源管理工作的主要环节,主要通过人事政策的制定对人力资源管理活动产生持续和重大的影响。以力得家纺有限公司发展战略、组织结构及其人力资源现状为研究资料,采用趋势分析法、内外供给法对该公司人力资源的供需情况做出预测。在此基础上,对公司各类人员制定出人力资源规划方案。

Abstract:Planning of human resources is the main part of the human resources management, which exerts a sustainable and significant influence on the latter mainly by formulating personnel policies. With the re search data of development strategy, organizational structure and current situation of human resources of Lide Home Textile Co. Ltd. , this paper makes a predication on the company's human resources supply and demand conditions by the methods of trend analysis, internal and external supply. On this basis, it makes a human resources planning program for all the staff.
