| 摘 要： | 新疆民族社会关系在党和政府的民族平等政策的引导下得到了根本的改善。然而影响各民族密切交流的因素还存在。作者认为消除形成民族交往围栏和隔膜的土壤,使民族间交流畅通无阻,这是各民族最终实现共同繁荣的基础。

| Abstract: | The author holds that the ethnic relations in Xinjiang Automonous Region, despite the recent improvement brought about by the Equality Policy of the Communist Party and the Chinese government, are under latent threats for many reasons, and that to eliminate such threats and to achieve mutual benefits it is necessary to remove all the elements that obstruct the communication and understanding among the ethnic groups. |
