摘    要:信任和有机的组织结构是影响高科技企业成长的两个重要变量.以中国中小制造企业为样本,研究结果显示,企业家的信任水平的确影响了高科技企业的成长,但这一关系在传统产业并不显著;企业组织结构对企业成长没有显著影响,高技术中小企业的组织结构也并不比传统中小企业更加灵活.企业家信任水平对高技术企业成长影响的一个重要路径是通过设计一个组织的制度化程度,从而影响企业的业绩.高科技企业应当提高组织的制度化水平,从而保证组织目标的实现.

Abstract:Several studies suggest that trust and organic structure are two main successful factors for high-tech firms. This study empirically compares the organisational structure and the relationships of owner-manage general trust with structure and performance between high- and low-tech SMEs in China. Owner-manager general trust is found playing more significant role on organisational structure and performance in high-tech than low-tech SMEs. The findings show there is no significant difference of organisational structure between high- and low-tech SMEs in both countries. No relationship between organic structure and performance is found. However, formalisation may mediate between owner-manager general trust and the performance. Increasing formalisation level is a way to achieve firm's objectives for high-tech SMEs.
