湛江市野生蔬菜资源及开发利用研究

湛江市地处热带北缘,背陆面海,有丰富的热带、亚热带野生蔬菜资源.据初步调查统计,共有93 科210 多种.其中蕨类植物9 科10 种;种子植物60 科153 种;菌类植物10科21 种,藻类植物18 科26 种.野生蔬菜具有抗逆性强、无污染、营养价值高和医疗保健作用等特点.调查研究结果表明:湛江市的野生蔬菜资源开发利用前景广阔,建议扩大宣传,建立野菜生产基地和开发研究野菜系列保健食品.

The study on the rebearch and exploitation of wild vegetables in zhanjiang

Zhanjiang is within the northern Tropizone.It is very rich in wild tropical and subtropica vegetables.According to the initial investigation and statistics,there are 93 famelies and 210 species of wild vegetable,including 9 families and 10 species of Pteridophyta,60 families and 153 species of Spermato phyta,10 families and 21 species of Fungi,18 families and 26 species of Algae.Wild vegetables have the characteristics of non-pollution,high nutritional value and medical or health protection.The results showed that the wild vegetable resources of Zhanjiang have multiple prospects for exploitation.It is necessary to expand propagation,to set up the base of wild vegetable production and to exploit the health protection functions of wild vegetable series.
