凯恩斯萧条经济理论的现实性与局限性

凯恩斯“萧条经济理论”主张通过采取积极的财政政策,直接增加政府的投资和公共支出,以刺激经济增长,解决失业问题。这一理论至今仍对资本主义国家经济理论与实践产生影响。同时也对我国当前正在采取的以积极的财政政策为重点的宏观调控措施，有某些方面的借鉴价值。但是，当我们正确评价凯恩斯萧条经济理论的历史地位时，则不可把它凌驾于马克思之上。我们学习、借鉴西方经济,是完全必要的，然而，马克思经济学的主导地位是不能动摇的。

On the Reality and Limitation of Keynes's Economic Depression Theories

 “Economic Depression Theory” advocates that unemployment could be eased by following a pro-active fiscal policy,directly increasing government investment and public expenditure,aiming at stimulating economic growth.This theory is still influential in theory and practice in capitalist countries,and it is worth learning when China is taking macro-control measures focused on active fiscal policy.However,when we appraise and learn from Keynes's theory,we should bear it in mind that,in spite of its redeeming features,Keynes's theory could never exceed Marx’s theory,whose dominant position shall never be shaken.
