深圳市社会工作发展及对我省的启示

作为我国社会工作的创新城市,深圳市自2006年12月起开始加大力度全面推进社会工作。经过几年的试点,深圳市社会工作初见成效,积累了大量工作经验,现已初步形成＂政府主导,民间运作＂的工作模式,这些为我国大陆推进社会工作专业化及职业化发展奠定了坚实的基础。但客观来说,深圳市社会工作还处于探索阶段,还面临着社会工作职业认同度不高、社工专业程序不够、机构运作资金不足及对社工机构监督管理不到位等问题。对深圳市社会工作的深入研究,对我省发展社会工作具有很好的促进作用。

Development of Social Work of Shenzhen and its Lesson for Heilongjiang Province

As an innovative city of social work in our country,Shenzhen has intensified the promotion of social work since December 2006.After several years of experiments,the social work of Shenzhen have begun to take effect,and accumulated a lot of work experience,has formed the mode that＂Government-led,civilian-operated＂,which has laid a solid foundation for the Chinese mainland to promote specialization and professionalization of social work.But objectively speaking,the social work of Shenzhen is still in the exploratory stage.There are a lot of problems of social work of Shenzhen such as the social work facing the lower professional identity and the insufficient level of social work profession.They are also lacking of funds to operate and supervise social work,and many other issues.The deep research on social work of Shenzhen has played a very good role on the development of social work in our province.
