基于战略柔性的企业集团协同机制研究

在“超强竞争”环境下,企业集团这种组织形式的存在和演进成为必然趋势,而如何增强战略柔性来获得持久竞争优势已成为学术界密切关注的焦点问题。对企业集团协同机制的研究,可将企业集团视为一个复杂系统,从系统要素构成、系统结构及其功能相互耦合的视角,建立基于战略柔性的企业集团系统内部协同与内外协同模型,提出基于协同效应的企业集团持续竞争优势的实现途径,从而有利于企业集团在日益复杂多变的竞争环境中获得持久的竞争优势。

Research on the Coordinated Strategies of the Corporation Group Based on Strategic Flexibilities

In the environment of super competition,the existence and evolution of corporation group is an inevitable trend,while how to strengthen the strategic flexibility to gain sustained competitive advantages has become a focus of attention among academe.The research on coordination strategies of corporation groups may regard the corporation group as a complicated system,then tries to set up a model of cooperation in and outside of corporation group based on strategic flexibility,and to propose the implementation methods to achieve corporation sustainable competitive advantages based on coordination.This will help corporation groups to keep sustained competitive advantages in the complicated,fluctuated,and competitive environment.
