论汉代思想家关于土地问题的主张

Propositions in Land of Thinkers in Han Dynasty

In view of the grave problems of land then,a number of thinkers in the Han Dynasty put forward many specific propositions.To put it briefly,these views range from advocating imposing restrictions on land to maintaining resuming the nine-square landownership system.Though they are different,there is one common point of extolling the nine-square landownership system while criticizing the existing land problems.These stand-points are not merely the main content of the thoughts of humanism then,but reflect the Confucian ideal of a fair society.In essence,these people,through administrative means,were trying to reestablish the social operating mechanism destroyed by land-annexation.Studying from the point of the history of Chinese economic thoughts,these views bear great progressive meanings.
