| 摘 要： | 教师是办学的主体,关心教师的生活质量关系到提高教育质量和人才培养的重大问题.本文通过实证调查,反映了施秉县教师生活质量的基本特征,分析了影响教师工作成绩从而影响教育质量的经济状况、居住条件和工作环境等主要因素,并就此作出了几点结论与思考.

| Abstract: | Teachers are important for education. Thus, their living quality has much to do with educational quality and talent cultivation. Through a survey, the paper shows the features of living quality of the teachers in Shibing County, and analyzes the main factors that influence their work performance and educational quality, such as incomes, housing and work environment. It also draws a few conclusions and lessons. |
