| Abstract: | The original construction strategies of the Shule River Agricultural Development Project, as laid out in 1996, is in urgent need of reshuffling because of the subsequent changes in national policies, especially since the implementation of theWest China Development Project. The present paper proposes approaches to this reshuffling in light of the balanced relationship between water resources exploitation and ecological maintenance. |
