| Abstract: | Starting from the current situation of material flow distribution system in electronic commerce, it reveals that the key of material flow in E commerce is to establish supply chain management .It analyses the essence of the supply chain management in E commerce and its structural model, further more, it puts forward the problems on supply chain management in e commerce. |
