摘    要:依据内容型激励理论的观点,对幼儿教师不同社会角色专业成长需要的内外动因进行分析,构建社会支持系统,营造生命课堂,创设人文管理环境,以不断激发幼儿教师成长的内在需要,有效激励幼儿教师持续成长。

Abstract:Based on Maslow’s need-hierarchy theory,the intrinsic and extrinsic agents in the professional development of the kindergarten teachers’ different social roles are analyzed.Accordingly,the kindergarten teachers’ intrinsic needs and their professional development by establishing an environment of humanistic management,building an atmosphere of vivid class and constructing a social supporting system should be stimulated.
