| 摘 要： | 伊斯兰文化作为西部地区主要的宗教文化,对区域经济的发展具有重要的影响作用.在对伊斯兰文化归纳分析的基础上,初步构建了其对西部中小企业成长的影响模型,具体解析了伊斯兰文化对西部中小企业战略选择、信用管理、人力资源开发和社会责任培育的影响作用,并就文化的局限性作了探讨和分析.
