写作是一种技能,它需要长时间的训练,更需要扎实全面的基础。加强教师应用文写作基础的途径有:1.勤于观察,善于思考,有所发现,并及时记录所见所感,这是积累资料的基本功;2.加强理论基础,它是由教育工作的科学性和艺术性所决定的,也是由教育类应用文体的特点所决定的;3.锻炼选材和组织材料的能力,即掌握一定的文章技法;4.加强语言文字修养,尤其是消极修辞方面的语言修养。

Approaches to Consolidating the Foundation of Teacher's Practical Writing

Writing is a skill which needs both a long-term training and a well - grounded and all-round foundation. The present paper puts forward the following approaches to consolidate the foundation of teacher's practical writing: (1) to be a keen observer and thinker through collecting and taking down all the findings in time, which is a basic technique of collecting materials. (2) to consolidate the theoretical basis, on which the scientific and artistic nature of education is based and at the same time, which is necessary for the teaching of practical writing on education; (3) practice the abilities of selecting and organizing materials, that is , to obtain some necessary writing techniques; (4) improve the mastery of language, esp. that of negative rhetoric.
