| 摘 要： | 大学阶段是大学生自我意识急剧增长、迅速发展和趋于完善的重要时期.自我发展是大学生个性心理发展的最集中表现之一.探讨大学生自我发展的特点和培养途径,有助于了解大学生心理特点和有针对性地开展大学生心理素质教育,为社会造就更多的具有健康人格的人才.

| Abstract: | University schooling is a very important period for students' self-development and self-perfection. Self- development is also considered as an exhibition of concentrated personality. It is necessary to explore the features of self-development and to find ways to cultivate university students, because they help educators to understand psychological diathesis of students, and to bring up more talents with sound personalities for the society. |
