| 摘 要： | 加入 WTO后 ,我国商业银行面临着巨大的冲击 ,同时也出现前所未有的机遇 ,如何破解那些最严峻的“冲击点”,成为我国商业银行渡过难关 ,谋求发展的关键 ,本文试图对这些问题进行一些分析与探讨。
