| 摘 要： | 高等学校具有三重主体地位公共事业单位、市场主体、法律主体.而三种不同的主体地位又导致三类不同的管理理念和相应的管理措施,他们是既对立又统一的.应当协调好三者之间的关系,在努力寻求它们的共同点的基础上作好自我管理工作,从而不断提高办学水平和办学效益.

| Abstract: | Institutions of higher learning possess triple principal statuses: public institution, market entity and legal entity. The triple principal statuses lead to their three different management thoughts and three different corresponding management measures. The triple principal statuses oppose each other and are also in accordance with each other. Their relationships should be coordinated for their common standings so that good self management is achieved and the level of school running improved and the benefits of school running raised. |
