| 摘 要： | 高等教育进入大众化阶段，高等教育的质量观也发生着深刻的变化。与英美等国较为成熟的质量评价体系相比，我国的高等教育质量评估工作存在着诸多问题，还很不成熟，不成体系。本文剖析了国外高等教育质量保证体系中值得我们借鉴的特点，并对我国的高等教育质量保障体系建设提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | As the higher education comes into a popularization phase,the quality view of higher education has undergone sweeping changes.Compared with the well-rounded higher education quality appraising system of England and France,so much questionslie in our quality appraising work,possibly it is non-systematic.This paper analyzes the characteristic of international education quality guarantee system,and makes a few suggestions for China's higher education quality guarantee system. |
