表象演练对健美操教学效果影响的实验研究

摘    要:在高校体育专业健美操教学中,尝试性地将表象演练这一心理练习方法引入实验和应用。通过实验研究对比,引用表象演练能明显提高健美操教学的效果,特别是对促进学生对成套动作掌握的熟练性和动作的表现力等作用明显,而且能够充分调动学生的学习兴趣和积极性,激发学生的学习动机,使学生的体力、智力、技术水平得到有机和谐的统一。

Abstract:As one method of psychological practice, ideal drilling has been widely used in college physical education. Comparative studies on the gymnastics teaching in college physical education show that the application of ideal drilling in gymnastics teaching could remarkably improve the teaching effect of the course, especially the proficiency and the expressive force of whole-set actions. Besides, it can arouse the students' interest and initiative so that their physical, intellectual and technical levels can be developed in harmony.
