| 摘 要： | 自1990年代中期以来，我国各类行为主体的市场行为、再分配行为嵌入强关系的程度有所上升，社会分层趋向于强关系嵌入机制，阶层结构向“橄榄型”的转变有所滞延。其原因之一在于，我国的制度改革尽管成就巨大，但出现了制度的结构性失调。为此，我们应深化制度的结构性调整，以确立政府、市场、“以弱关系为基础的社会”共生互补的有机制度结构，为形成有利于经济持续发展和社会相对平等的社会分层机制与阶层结构模式创造制度条件。
