| 摘 要： | 回顾了反倾销立法的起源 ,剖析了国外对我国反倾销的动向 ,以及由此给我国经济造成的不良后果。分别从国内外角度揭示了我国出口商品频遭反倾销调查的原因。在此基础上 ,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the origin of anti dumping law in the world,analysing the movements of the anti-dumping which led to the bad effects to Chinese economy.Then the paper reveals the causes that the export merchandise of China have been continuously suffering the anti dumping investigation.Finally,the paper puts forward some corresponding measures. |
