重塑高校学生社团价值方向的策略考量

近年来,高校学生社团在发展迅速的同时也暴露出一些问题,以致无法真正履行育人的职责,问题根源是其价值发生了偏向。高校学生社团要更加有效地发挥作用,必须重塑价值方向。在策略考量上,可以采用＂五对＂之策,即对路,学生社团要走＂学校多扶、自主管理＂之路;对味,社团内容要有高校的＂大学味＂;对劲,学生社团要有＂衔接传承、持续影响＂的劲力;对色,学生社团要有鲜明突出的＂特色＂;对轨,学生社团要对接国际发展的＂轨道＂。

Strategy on Reconstructing the Concept Value for University Student Association

Over the last few years, with the rapid development of student clubs and associations in universities, there have occurred some problems resulting in the failure of education, the reason of which lies in the wrong concept of value. It is more than necessary to exert the influence of the student clubs and associations on the basis of reconstruction of the right concept of value. In view of this, there are five hints that can be taken into account. Firstly, the student clubs and associations should not only rely on the assistance of schools, but also on their self- management; secondly, the activities of the student clubs and associations should feature university characteristics; thirdly, cultural inheritance and sustainable influence are indispensable to keep them vigorous; fourthly, student clubs and associations should have their own highlighted feature and lastly go international.
