会展旅游胜地成长模式及其启示

多地提出建设会展旅游胜地目标,需要对会展旅游胜地的成长规律进行理论总结,为后来者提供经验借鉴。以已有会展旅游胜地的成功经验作为素材,对4个典型会展旅游胜地发展作理论辨识,总结出会展旅游胜地的成长规律及其对其他地区的启示。会展旅游胜地成长各具特征,可分为领先发展模式、一会带动发展模式、产业需求拉动模式等;各类模式具有共性,经济实力是发展的基础条件,区域优势是发展的起动因素,政府支持是不可缺少条件;展览业与会议业要求不同,前者需要雄厚的经济实力,后者对环境的要求高。

Development Model of MICE Tourism Resort and Its Implications

The goal of constructing MICE tourism destination was put forward in many cities, which makes it urgent to theoretically clarify the principles of constructing MICE tourism resort. The successful MICE tourism resorts provide a lot of experiences for theoretical summary, based upon which, 4 typical MICE tourism resorts have been theoretically identified for their development, and the rules of growth of some successful resorts were summarized, and their implications to other regions were proposed. The developments of MICE tourism resorts are different. The types of growth pattern can be classified into three： taking the lead development, a convention driving model and an industrial demand driving model. The strength of economy is a basic condition to develop; the advantage of region is a starting factor; the support of government is an indispensable condition. The requirements of exhibition and meeting are different, while the former needs a stronger economy, and the latter needs a better environment.
