仿生摇摆婴儿床的机构设计

摘    要:根据成人抱着婴儿并缓慢摇摆哄其入睡的动作特征,设计了仿生婴儿床的结构,建立了其三维模型.使用传感器测量了成人抱小孩摇摆的参数,以其作为摇摆机构设计的依据.设计了2种摇摆机构并进行运动仿真,提取了速度、位移参数与实测数据进行比较.结果表明,机构2更适于仿生婴儿床的设计.

Abstract:According to the motion characteristics of an adult holding a baby and coaxing the baby to sleep slowly, a proper structure for bionic crib is built with three-dimensional models. Several motion parameters of carrying a child are measured with sensors. Two rocking mechanisms are designed and their rocking motions are simulated to get velocity and displacement. The simulated data of two mechanisms are compared to the measured ones respectively. It is shown that the second mechanism is more suitable for bionic crib.
