| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、实验法、测量法和问卷调查法,通过对高等职业院校复合项目竞赛式体育课与单元式体育课的实验和比较,论证了复合项目竞赛式体育课教学效果明显优于传统的单元式体育课的观点,提出了高等职业院校体育教学改革的发展路向.

| Abstract: | By the use of literature, experimentation, measurement and questionnaire, multi-event competitive physical exercises class in higher vocational colleges were compared with cell-type experiments in physical education, which demonstrates the former is obviously better than the latter. Thus the author proposed a road map for the reform of physical education in higher vocational colleges |
