| 摘 要： | 城中村是中国快速城市化进程中的一种不良产物。处理好城中村问题是关系到城乡统筹发展,形成城乡一体化新格局的重要内容;是中国特色城镇化过程中正确处理和保护农民合法利益的重要内容。因此,重庆市必须在借鉴其他城市改造经验的情况下,从重庆自身问题的特点出发,找出一条理论科学、有法可依,在保护原村民合法权益、促进经济社会协调发展的原则下,真正能推进重庆城中村改造的办法。
