| Abstract: | The Webbs who were the leaders of Fabian Socialism were not only reformism statemen but also distinguished sociologists,Their rich sociological thoughts,especially the theory of poverty,had the deep influence on the Bribish society at the end of 19th century and the beginning of 20th century,cven the construct of welfare state after war. |
