| 摘 要： | 随着我国城市化进程加速，城市居民居住的多样性、流动性与不确定性带来了多元化、个性化的生活方式，大规模的城市住宅建设所形成的单一性、集合性的住宅空间已成为现代城市住宅发展的阻碍。文章讨论了城市居民居住行为的变迁对城市住宅的新要求，认为现代城市住宅设计应具有一定的超前性，并能留给城市居民住宅改进发展的弹性空间，以适应不同人群对住宅功能不同的要求。

| Abstract: | The acceleration of China＇s urbanization adds plural and individualized lifestyles to the diversity, mobility, and uncertainty in urban citizens＇ residence. The monotonous and aggregative residential space as the result of the massive residential construction has restricted the development of modem urban housing. The paper analyzes urban residents＇ new housing requirements resulting from the change of their housing behavior, and holds that the modem urban residence should not only possess some far-sightedness but also leave some elastic room for improvement so as to meet different groups＇ varied demands for housing. |
