| 摘 要： | "校漂族"是游离于学校和社会边缘的人群,有进取派、过渡派、无为派等类型.人才的高消费、自我意识的增强和社会宽容度的加强、对学校的亲切感和归属感以及逃避竞争等是"校漂族"的成因."校漂族"的出现有影响社会稳定、资源浪费、学校管理难、个人发展不利等不良后果.学校应鼓励他们先就业再择业,培养他们良好的心理素质.

| Abstract: | The "xiao piao zu" is a special group of college graduates who are " floating" between the college and society.In fact,they are titular college students,because they have broken off the relationship of administrative subordination with the college and entered society.This paper analyzes the social background of the formation of this special social group,discusses their types,sources and influence,and suggests taking specific countermeasures. |
