城市化进程中少数民族的宗教适应机制探讨——以中国都市回族伊斯兰教为例

我国正处在城市化的高潮时期，在城市化引发的诸多问题当中，城市世居少数民族与流动少数民族的边缘化问题日益凸显。在城市化过程中，城市少数民族宗教生活的不适应问题较为突出。解决这一问题需转变政府对城市少数民族宗教工作的管理思路和模式，将政府宗教工作的外在引导转移到少数民族宗教内部的自我调节上，进而形成少数民族对城市化的良性适应机制。

A Study of Religious Adaptation Mechanism of Ethnic Group in the Process of Urbanization-A Case Study of the Hui Islm in Cities of China

China is in the climactic period of urbanization. In the various problems triggered by urbanization, the marginization of ethnic minorities in cities and floating ethnic minorities has become increasingly obvious. In the process of urbanization, non-adaptation to religious life of ethnic minorities living in cities has become serious. In this paper, the author argued that the solution to this problem is to transform managerial concept and mode of the government on the religious affair of ethnic minorities living in cities, switching government work from on external guidance to on internal self-adjustment within the religion among the ethnic minorities, hence forming a sound adaptation mechanism of ethnic minorities on urbanization.
