| 摘 要： | 政治民主是教育民主的前提 ,教育民主是政治民主的基础。教育民主是教育者与被教育者双方在教育过程中的地位平等 ,前者是教育的主体 ,后者是认识的主体 ,两者是辩证统一的关系。要处理好教育民主关系 ,就必须处理好认知与认同、情感与沟通、服务与法治的关系 ,使教育民主真正服务于培养社会主义建设人才的根本目标。

| Abstract: | Political democracy is the prerequisite of educational democracy, which is at the same time the very basis of the former. Educational democracy means that the educator and the educated are equal to each other in the process of education. The relationship between the educator and the educated is a dialectical unity: the former is the subject of education while the latter is the subject of cognition. To deal with the relationship well, we should handle well such relations as cognition and identity, emotion and communication, and service and legal system. Only in this way can educational democracy help us to cultivate useful talents for the socialist construction. |
