The ethos is the insipirital support which Chinese people depend on to survive and develop .Like all the human civilizations ,the ethos comes from the social practice.therefore, we must integrate the developing demand of the times and society,assimilate the different peoples' merits all over the world ,and enrich and develop the ethos constantly in new situation .
