| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化的推进及学习化社会的构建，给成人高等教育提供了发展机遇，也给成人高等教育管理带来压力。笔者认为高校成人教育管理干部队伍建设与师资队伍建设同等重要。本文就这支队伍在成人教育改革和发展中的地位和作用及现状进行了阐述和分析，并对高校成人教育管理干部队伍建设问题进行了粗浅的探讨。

| Abstract: | The popularized higher education and the structuring of the learning society have provided more opportunities for the development of higher adult education and, at the same time, caused some diffi-culties in the development. The building of a strong contingent of managerial cadres of higher adult educa-tion is as important as that of the teaching staff. This paper focuses on the analysis of the roles and present situation of the contingent and provides some strategies. |
