成人高等教育实行开放式招生的构想

我国现行的成人高等教育招生(主要指成人高招,下同)体制显得滞后、封闭、呆板,不适应现实社会的各种要求,我们必须认真思考如何对现行的成人招生制度进行改革的问题。笔者认为,在新时期,成人高等教育的办学要全面放开,实行开放式招生,最大限度地满足成人多样性学习的需求,让市场机制起作用,这是成人招生制度改革的主要切入点和基本目标,是创建学习型社会,构建终身教育体系的必然要求。

On the Buildup of Open-up Enrollment System of Adult Education Colleges

The present enrollment system of Adult Education Colleges is outdated,closed and stiff,we must take it into serious account about its reformation in order to meet the actual needs of the modern society.In the new era,the adult education should be fully opened up to the society,carry out the open-up enrollment system,and take full advantage of the marketing mechanism to cater to the needs of all adults.That's the primary concern and the final objective of the reformation of adult enrollment system,and the needs of learning-oriented society and for-life education system as well.
