| 摘 要： | 1941年2月,达扎出任西藏地方摄政后,在西藏地方和中央之间的关系处于发展但尚未完全改善、西方势力在西藏的影响依然较大的情况下,采取了与前任摄政热振活佛截然不同的施政措施。本文通过分析他脱离西藏客观实际和社会基础上的政治尝试,阐释西藏历史发展的客观性和复杂性。

| Abstract: | In Feburary 1941,when the relationship between Tibet and the central government was developing but not completely consummate,Living Buddha Dazha acceded to the Tibetan regent and took adopted political measures different from his predecessor Rezhen.The thesis analyses his political practice that was alienated from social and political reality,and elucidates the objectivity and complexity of Tibetan historical reference. |
