| 摘 要： | 文章采用问卷法和访谈法，对华北工学院八八届至九五届部分大学毕业生的身体健康状况、体育锻炼方法、手段及对高校体育设置的需求进行了调查分析，力图探索高校体育教学发展方向，并为体育教学改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we investigated the physical state, the way of training, the needs to physical education of some students graduated from 1988-1995, by means of questionnaires and interviews. This result will provide useful reference for physical education in high school. |
