| 摘 要： | 从人为因素出发，分别对煤矿安全心理学和人的不安全行为进行分析，得出现行煤矿生产中所存在的安全问题并提出相应的控制对策。最终得出结论：煤矿安全工作是一项系统工程，在实际的安全管理工作中应该恰当地处理好人、机、环境、管理等几个方面的协调关系。

| Abstract: | Based on the artificially imposed factors, this article first analyzes the safety psychology in coal mine production and the unsafe personal manners, and then lists the safety problems existent in coal mine production with corresponding solutions. In the end, a conclusion is drawn that since the safe coal mine production is a systematic project, we should properly handle the relations among man, machine, environment, management in the actual safety management. |
