我国老年人口社会分层初探

借鉴西方典型社会分层指标体系，结合老年人口的社会、经济、身体特性，和我国社会实际状况，采用多种社会分层指标，既按收入财富分层。也按地位身份分层，还按性别年龄和自理能力分层，将我国老年人口划分为：老干部阶层、老年知识分子阶层、老年工人阶层、老年农民阶层、老年妇女阶层和需长期照料老人阶层。在当前构建和谐社会中．我国老年人口社会分层研究对于更好的关注老年人口问题有十分重要的意义。

Primary Research of Social Stratification of the Aged in China

Learning from the typical social stratification index system of the west, connecting the social, economic, and physical features of the aged as well as the social reality of China, and employing muldple social stratification index--stratified according to the income, the social status, gender, age and self-help ability, we can sort the aged in China as follows： Aged cadres, intel- lects, workers, farmers, women and those needing perennial care. Under the condition of constructing a harmonious society, a research of the social stratification of the aged in China is extremely significant to a better concern for the issues of them.
