安徽省高校科技查新服务的调查与分析

以安徽省高校图书馆为研究对象,采取网络调查的方法,较为全面地了解了安徽省高校科技查新服务工作的现状。调查内容包括科技查新资质、查新员队伍及学校特色和优势学科、查新服务对象、查新服务水平、查新高峰应对策略、查新面临的主要困难、学校老师查新渠道、查新提交途径以及查新合作意向和建议等等。在统计分析的基础上,指出了安徽省高校科技查新存在"区域发展不平衡"、"缺乏合作查新机制"等问题,并给出了"建立安徽省高校馆际合作查新机制"、"建设查新服务平台"等参考建议。

Investigation and Analysis of Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Service in Universities of Anhui Province

Taking the university libraries in Anhui Province as the research object ,the present situation of the sci-tech novelty retrieval service in the universities of Anhui Province is investigated by means of network survey .The research focus on the qualification of the sci-tech novelty retrieval service , novelty retrieval team ,characteristics of different universities and their superior subjects ,objects and levels of novelty retrieval service ,strategies to cope with the peak of novelty retrieval task ,major dif-ficulties in novelty retrieval ,channels to novelty retrieval for faculties in universities ,ways to summit an application of novelty retrieval service ,intention and advices of cooperation for novelty retrieval service among the universities ,etc .Based on the statistics and analysis ,it is found that the develop-ment of sci-tech novelty retrieval service in different regions of Anhui Province is imbalanced ,and the corporation mechanism among the universities is deficient .Some suggestions including establishing the cooperation mechanism of novelty retrieval service among different university libraries in Anhui Province and constructing the novelty retrieval service platform are put forward .
