| 摘 要： | 文章在对2008年-2013年五年间关于我国政府推行的计划生育政策的学术论文进行全面考查的基础上,从研究现状、计划生育政策推行的过程、特点、作用、弊端以及未来政策演变的方向等几个方面阐述各学者观点,对之深入梳理,同时提出作者一些观点。文章整体上认为我国的计生政策应继续推行并加以改革和完善。

| Abstract: | In this paper ,the academic researches on the family planning policy implemented by Chinese government from 2008 to 2013 are discussed .T he scholars＇view s are introduced and summarized from the perspectives of the present situation of research , the implementation process , characteristics , function and defects of the family planning policy as well as the future direction of reform .It is con-cluded that Chinese family planning policy should be continued and improved . |
