| 摘 要： | 中小企业的发展对增加就业、保持经济增长、调整产业结构起着积极的作用。文章分析了中小企业扶持体系的内涵、安徽省中小企业发展扶持体系建设取得的成果及存在的问题，探讨了完善安徽省中小企业发展扶持体系需要采取的有效措施，以期为安徽省扶持中小企业发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | The development of small and medium-sized enterprises（SMEs） has a positive effect on the employment increment, economic growth and industrial structure adjustment. In this paper, the connotation of SMEs supporting system and the achievements and problems in the development of SMEs supporting system in Anhui Province are analyzed. The effective measures to improve SMEs supporting system in Anhui Province are also discussed. The study may provide a reference for developing SMEs in Anhui Province. |
