| 摘 要： | 以重庆邮电大学为例，分析地方高校信息学科创新型研究生培养存在的问题，提出三条提高该类学校培养创新型研究生质量的对策：通过构建创新平台，引领创新实践，以自主创新带动创新人才培养；改革培养模式，强化创新方法，以培养模式创新推动创新人才培养；创新课程体系，夯实创新基础，以课程创新拉动创新人才培养。

| Abstract: | Taking Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications as an example ,the problems in training the innovative graduate students of information discipline at local universities are studied in this paper .Three corresponding measures are put forward as follows ：establishing innovative plat-form ,conducting innovative practices and independent innovation to promote innovative talents train-ing ;reforming training modes and improving the innovative methods to stimulate innovative talents training ;innovating curriculum system and laying solid foundation of innovation to encourage innova-tive talents training . |
