关于今后四十年我国文化建设的思考

实现党中央提出的关于到建国100周年“基本实现现代化”的奋斗目标，还有40年。文化建设因其具有明显的特殊性，应尽早作出谋划，拿出一个关于40年的发展构想。拿出这个构想具有重要意义。今后40年的文化建设，可借鉴欧洲文艺复兴的经验，大力弘扬我们的社会主义核心价值观，以赢得大多数国家扣人民的信任；要有一以贯之的创新精神，可从可接受意义、可积累意义、可发展意义三个层次上来衡量、要求、激励文化创新；要实现文化生活的现代化，一是要抓文化生活的普及，实现全民文化生活，二是要抓文化生活的提高，让大多数人过上高层次的文化生活。

Reflections about our Country's Cultural Construction in the Coming Forty Years

Forty years remains in realizing the struggling objective of ＂realizing modernization basically＂ in the time of 100 anniversaries of foundation of the People＇s Republic of China required by the Central Party Committee. The cultural construction is so special that we should work out, as early as possible, the project, the developing conceive within this forty years. Working out the conceive is of great significance. The experience of European renaissance can be used in the cultural construction of the late forty years. We should also make full use of the socialist values so as to win the trust of most of countries and the people. We should keep innovation spirits measuring from acceptable significance, accumulative significance and developing significance to pursue cultural innovation. We should realize the modernization of our cultural life by popularizing cultural life to realize ＂cultural life of the entire nation＂ and by raise the standard of cultural life to make the majority to have highly standardized cultural life.
