| 摘 要： | 本文对板料在翻边过程中凸缘的变形趋向进行了理论分析和试验研究,得出了翻边时凸缘不变的临界计算公式,并用08F 进行了验证。所得修正公式适用于任何冲压材料在不同润滑条件下的成形。

| Abstract: | This article deals with a theoretical analysis of deformation ten- dency of outer flange in the process of sheet hole flanging.The cri- tical calculation formula in hole flanging without outer flange defor- ming has been obtained and verified by experiments on 08F steel.This revised formula is suitable to the formation of all kinds of punching plate under different lubrication conditions,which will provide useful information for designing and production. |
