| 摘 要： | 营造区域创新环境 ,特别是利于创新的区域软环境是影响高新技术产业集聚和发展的关键因子 ,也是提升高新技术产业竞争力的基础条件。本文先阐明了区域创新环境与高新技术产业发展的关系 ,又评估了北京市高新技术产业发展的现状 ,及其在营造区域创新环境中存在的问题。最后 ,文章结合未来提升北京市高新技术产业竞争力面临的挑战 ,提出了相关对策、建议

| Abstract: | Building regional innovative mellieu, specially regional soft mellieu, is very important for the agglomeration and development of hi tech industry.The article studies on the relationship between regional innovative mellieu and the development of hi tech industry, analyses the current problems and challenges ahead in the course of building the Beijing's regional innovative mellieu and puts forward some feasible suggestions. |
