| 摘 要： | 研究了基于观测状态的中立型时滞系统的镇定控制问题.给出了新的镇定法则,利用改进的Lyapunov泛函,得到了这类系统基于线性矩阵不等式的镇定条件.最后,用实例说明了该文所得到的结果是正确的.

| Abstract: | A stable control scheme is proposed for a class of neutral systems with time delay based on observer technique.By using developed Lyapunov function candidate,the stability of the closed-loop system is proved and a linear feedback controller designed using LMIs.Finally,a example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. |
