摘    要:对小四轮拖拉机挂车油刹装置进行改进,采用分泵外置,充分利用原挂车制动器元件。试验结果表明,制动性能可靠,平均制动减速度达3.6m/s~2以上,最大踏板力不超过400N,完全可以替代气刹装置。单台成本仅140元左右。

Abstract:By setting the brake Hydraulic cylinder outside the brake floor,this experiment aims to improve the Hydraulic brake system for small four-wheel tractor trailer and it can also make full use of the components of the original brake system.The result shows that the property of the new brake system is reliable and the average brake deceleration reaches 3.6 m/s~2.It makes the ultimate foot operating force no more than 400N.This Hydraulic brake system can completely replace the air brake system and it scost is only around 140 Yuan.
