大鼠离体肺和整体缺氧性肺血管收缩及其种系差异的机制研究

摘    要:在离体灌流肺和整体实验中 ,Hilltop(HT)大鼠和Wistar(WT)大鼠均出现显著的缺氧性肺血管收缩反应 (HPV) ,HT大鼠的HPV强于WT大鼠 用环加氧酶抑制剂后 ,使HT大鼠的HPV降低 ,整体WT大鼠的HPV升高 ,而离体WT大鼠肺的HPV无明显变化 ;脂加氧酶抑制剂降低两种大鼠的HPV 结果提示 :HT大鼠与WT大鼠肺血管对急性缺氧反应性的差异主要与两种大鼠肺的花生四烯酸代谢特点有关

Abstract:Isolated perfused lungs and intact model of Hilltop(HT) rats and Wistar(WT) rats exhibited strikingly hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction(HPV) which was greater extent in HT rats than in WT rats The inhibitor of cyclooxygenase decreased HPV in isolated lungs and intact model of HT rats, increased HPV intact WT rats,and did not affect HPV in insolated WT rat lungs The inhibitors of lipoxygenase blocked HPV in two strains of rats The data suggests that characteristics of arachidonic acid metabolism in different strains of rats may play impotant roles in the difference of HPV between HT rats and WT rats
