| 摘 要： | 普通话水平测试工作蓬勃开展 ,对普通话水平测试员的思想和业务能力提出了较高的要求。为了充分体现普通话水平测试 (PSC)工作的公平、公正原则 ,使PSC工作继续运行在规范化、标准化和科学化的轨道中 ,必须注重测试员的思想素质和业务能力的培养提高。
