财经高职教学运行机制的问题与对策

在传统专科教育向现代高职专科教育转型过程中,建立全新的教学运行机制是实现高职教育人才培养目标和人才培养特色的关键。现行的教学运行机制仍然存在诸多不完善之处,严重制约了教学效率,影响了高职教育的质量。本文对现行教育运行机制存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了完善财经高职教学运行机制的措施建议。

Problems and Countermeasures on Teaching Operational System in a Financial College

In the transition of traditional three-year higher education to modern vocational education, the key point is to establish a completely new teaching operational system in order to realize the talent cultivation and its special characters of higher vocational education. There are many defects in the present teaching operational system that severely bottleneck the teaching effects and affect the higher educational quality. This paper analyses the problems existing in the present educational system and puts forward proposals and measures for optimizing the operational system in higher vocatioinal education.
